Vendor registration

Register as a vendor for Future House 2026 at 

Sherwood Community Centre on March 28, 2026

    Please submit your company logo so that it can be used to promote the event or provide a web address where the logo can be found. File Upload (please use vendor name as file name) not to exceed 25Mb (.jpg, .png)

    Will an electrical outlet be needed?

    (We suggest you bring a power bar and an extension cord.)

    Vendor fee is determined by table size: what size table would you prefer?

    Would you like to reserve a 30 minute spot in a nearby meeting room for a focused presentation? Presentation spaces are not guaranteed. First priority will be given to event sponsors.
    A large monitor with USB and HDMI ports is available, you need only bring your laptop or USB with your presentation loaded. HDMI cables are also provided.

    Do you intend to make sales at the event?

    Please indicate how you will use social media and/or your online presence to promote your participation at this event.

    Vendor Fee Payment:
    Please send a cheque made out to Sustainable Milton or an electronic transfer to treasurer@sustainablemilton.ca in the vendor fee amount you have chosen before January 31, 2026.

    EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    I understand that my vendor fee will be forfeited if I cancel after March 7, 2026.

    I understand there could be a vendor who offers a similar product /service.

    I agree to stay until the 3:30 pm end of the event.

    I am responsible to remove all waste from vendor spot before leaving or forfeit security deposit.

    I am responsible for the set-up and tear down of my booth

    I understand that the organizers make the final decisions about vendor booth locations.

    Vendors are encouraged to advertise the event so long as the details are accurate.

    I understand that I am allowing organizers the right to use any photographs/logos for promotion / advertisements for the event/future events.

    I understand that Sustainable Milton and the Town of Milton are not responsible for injury, loss, expense or damage to persons, goods or equipment. All vendors are responsible for the safety and security of their own goods and equipment.

    I understand that the goods and services I display are to show homeowners how to save energy, money and to reduce their greenhouse gas footprint and that other goods and services not related to this theme will not be displayed.

    -- Car dealers and ebike sales --

    Car dealers may display cars in the parking lot. Test drives can be scheduled for another date.

    Ebikes may be displayed without batteries and test drives can be scheduled for another date.

    In consideration of my participation in the event described herein, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms and conditions contained herein and that by submitting this document I am waiving certain legal rights on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns. If I am submitting on behalf of a legal entity, I have authority to do so.

    After the Dec. 13th deadline, we will review all submissions and contact you by email early in the new year.
