Sustainable Milton

Future House 2026

BANG! The starting pistol has sounded, the preparations have begun and the VENDOR REGISTRATION IS OPEN. If you are the proud owner of a business which features green products or services, this is the homeshow for you!

We’re top of the Google search and the ONLY local homeshow dedicated exclusively to green products and services. Thinking of installing solar panels? buying an electric car? changing from a gas furnace / air conditioner combo to an energy saving heat pump? All these questions and more will be answered.

Vendors, a silent auction, presentations, and a children’s area will bring happy smiles. See you this spring!

What to expect at the event
this year

Vendors

There will be a wide variety of vendors at Future House 2026, showing the range of ways that you can save money on your energy bills while reducing your environmental impact. From solar technologies and sustainable roofing to eco-conscious cleaning products, there’s something for every green-minded homeowner.

Plug 'n Drive

The shift to electric mobility is underway, bringing with it new challenges and opportunities.  The Plug ‘n Drive organization specializes in educating people on the environmental and economic advantages of electric transportation. They will be bringing an EV so you can take a close up look and speak to EV owners about their vehicles.

Presentations

Our list of engaging talks, workshops and demonstrations are designed to answer your questions on a variety of topics, from heat pumps to solar panels to sustainable landscaping.

Rolling Horse

Rolling Horse Community Cycle is a non-profit bicycle shop offering full-service repairs and refurbished bike sales. They will be accepting donations, so if you have a bicycle that you wish to donate, bring it along!

Silent Auction

Last year’s offerings included an Ecobee Smart Thermostat, a gift certificate from Sparkling Green cleaning Services, several photography books by Mark Zelinski, a gift certificate for landscaping design from Sean James Design…  Who knows what this year’s vendors will offer

Children's area

You never know who’ll be visiting the show! Children in 2025 delighted in the opportunity to examine the active Tobacco Hornworm Caterpillars. They brought a smile to everyone.
